Is it possible to make any changes to a document once it was notarized?

It's important to emphasize that no alterations or modifications can be made to a document once it has received notarization. Therefore, it's essential to carefully review the document before authorizing the notary to proceed with the notarization during the signing process.

What if there are multiple individuals who need to sign?

We can easily accommodate multiple signers, regardless of their respective locations. Please don't hesitate to reach out via email to arrange appointments for multiple signers.

What types of documents are eligible for online notarization?

Examples of documents that cannot be notarized with us include:

• Documents that bear a date later than the date of notarization or are backdated.

• Cases where the identity of the signer cannot be confidently established.

• Documents with missing pages or sections.

• Blank documents with no content.

• Situations where a signer appears confused or lacks the capacity to comprehend the transaction.

• Instances where the notary has reason to believe the transaction is illegal, preventing them from proceeding with notarization.

• Signers who refuse to affirm the document's contents (for notarizations requiring an oath or affirmation).

• Signs of coercion or unwillingness on the part of the signer.

• Documents in which the notary holds a vested interest.

• Documents featuring images of minors.

It is advisable to consult with the party requiring the notarized document to confirm whether online notarizations meet their acceptance criteria.

What documents for identification can be used?

Is it possible to have notarized not English document?

Yes we can. But for some documents, a translation will be required.

We can facilitate the notarization of your document if you and our notary can communicate directly in the same language without the need for a third party, including an interpreter.

It's important to note that the notarial certificate, which is the part of the document that the notary signs, will be in English. The notary will attach an English-language notarial certificate to your document if it allows for such a certificate to be used.

In all cases, we strongly recommend verifying with the intended recipient whether the document is acceptable for its intended use.
